We have limited availability for group class drop-ins. Group classes are appropriate for both novice and experienced practitioners, provided they do not have any significant injuries, mobility limitations, or medical conditions that would prevent them from participating in a group setting safely. These classes can be fast-paced and incorporate flexion, inversions, kneeling, and balancing exercises using a moving apparatus. If you are dealing with significant injuries or mobility challenges, please contact us to evaluate your needs and find the best entry point for you.
Private Session training is currently fully booked with a waitlist. While we don’t have a regular weekly spot at the moment, we’re happy to schedule you as openings come up due to cancellations. Reach out to join the waitlist
Class Descriptions
Tower
The Pilates Tower Class combines mat work with the Cadillac/Tower equipment, including arm springs, leg springs, a roll-down bar, and a push-through bar, providing a comprehensive and effective way to stabilize, align, and strengthen your body. This class is designed to leave you feeling strong, flexible, balanced, and rejuvenated. All levels.
Half and Half
This unique class combines the best of both worlds with a dynamic blend of Reformer and Tower apparatus. Half the class is done on the Tower, half is done on the Reformer. All levels.
Reformer Foundations
Reformer Foundations is designed for those new to Pilates, individuals recovering from injury, pre- and postnatal clients, as well as intermediate practitioners seeking to refine their technique. This class emphasizes fundamental principles essential for progressing safely and effectively. Movements are performed at a slower, more deliberate pace to encourage body awareness, precision, and control—making it a valuable and accessible experience for all levels.
Reformer 1
This class is for experienced beginners and long-time practitioners without injury or limitation. These classes aim to build strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence and begin building into the intermediate work. Inversions, kneeling and balancing exercises are to be expected. Reformer experience required.
Intermediate Reformer
This class builds on the foundations mastered from Reformer 1. Designed for experienced Thrive Pilates students ready to elevate their practice, the class features a faster pace, more complex movements, including inversions and balance-focused exercises on the apparatus. Instructor approval is required for participation.
